Snell Firm Volunteers at Women’s Resource Fair

Earlier this month, Senior Counsel J.R. Skrabanek and Legal Assistant Gabriella Villegas volunteered at the 11^th annual Women’s Resource Fair. J.R. provided advice and counsel to a number of financially distressed women having trouble finding legal representation in Central Texas.

Organized by the Austin Young Lawyers Association (AYLA), the Women’s Resource Fair is a comprehensive all-day program that provides a variety of free resources to women in need, including legal assistance, medical care and mental health services, job skills and educational counseling, social services, financial counseling, haircuts, a clothing closet, childcare, breakfast and lunch. “It was a pleasure assisting, and I hope I was able to make at least a small difference,” said J.R.
