In October 2023, the Third Court of Appeals ruled for Snell Law’s clients, an engineer and her engineering firm, who are involved in a lawsuit with a former business partner. You can read more about the victory here. Yesterday, Snell Law received news that the appellate court has affirmed its ruling and denied the appellants’ motion for rehearing.
Snell Law will continue to forcefully pursue this matter for their clients now that it has been remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
